Acceptable Use Policy

    This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) is an integral part of the ProxyWhite Terms of Service.

    1. General Requirements

    1.1. ProxyWhite services may be used solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.

    1.2. The User agrees to use the Service in good faith and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation of the Service, infringe the rights of third parties, or violate the requirements of third-party networks and providers.

    2. Prohibited Activities

    2.1. Prohibited uses of the Service include, without limitation, the following:

    • accessing banking, payment, financial, or government systems;
    • spam, phishing, fraud, or other deceptive practices;
    • DDoS attacks, brute-force attacks, hacking, or penetration testing without
    • authorization from the resource owner;
    • bypassing security systems, restrictions, or protective measures;
    • automated data collection without the resource owner's consent;
    • large-scale automation or activities that place an excessive load
    • on third-party resources or infrastructure;
    • distributing malware;
    • infringing the rights, legitimate interests, or privacy of third parties;
    • any activities that violate laws, regulations, or requirements
    • of competent authorities.

    2.2. The Service must not be used in any manner that results, or may result, in abuse complaints, the blocking of IP addresses, or enforcement action by providers, hosting companies, or resource owners.

    3. Consequences of Violations

    3.1. A violation of this Policy constitutes a material breach of the ProxyWhite Terms of Service.

    3.2. ProxyWhite may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate services, restrict access, or take other action without issuing a refund.

    3.3. ProxyWhite is not required to provide evidence or a detailed explanation of the reasons for taking such measures.
