This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) is an integral part of the ProxyWhite Terms of Service and governs refunds for digital services.
1.1. A User may submit a refund request within one (1) hour of payment.
1.2. ProxyWhite reviews refund requests and may issue a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

3.1. A refund request must be submitted to ProxyWhite customer support within the applicable time limit.
3.2. ProxyWhite will review the request and make a decision within 24 hours of receipt.
4.1. Refunds are issued to the User’s FKWallet wallet or, for payments made through Stripe, to the same payment card.
4.2. Payment processor, merchant, or other intermediary fees may be deducted from the refund if those fees were charged when the payment was processed.
5.1. ProxyWhite reserves the right to deny a refund without providing a reason if the refund would conflict with this Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.
5.2. ProxyWhite services are digital and are deemed provided once access to the Service is granted.
