1.1. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ProxyWhite does not warrant that the services will meet the User’s expectations or specific purposes.

1.2. ProxyWhite does not warrant that it has control over the technical infrastructure, IP addresses, routing, geolocation, resource availability, or other network parameters, because the provision of the services depends on third-party providers and networks.

1.3. ProxyWhite does not provide advice or warrant that the services are suitable for any particular purpose, including but not limited to automation, web scraping, affiliate marketing, or use with advertising, payment, financial, or government systems.

1.4. ProxyWhite does not guarantee access to any particular websites, services, or platforms. Access may be restricted or unavailable for technical, commercial, or regulatory reasons.

1.5. ProxyWhite does not monitor or analyze the content of User traffic, except as expressly provided by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1. Registration, payment, or actual use of the services constitutes the User’s unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the Terms.

2.2. If the User disagrees with any provision, the User must immediately stop using the Service.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. ProxyWhite is not liable for any temporary or complete unavailability of the services, reduced connection speed or quality, technical failures, restrictions on access to websites or services, or the actions of third parties.

3.2. ProxyWhite does not provide an SLA or warrant uninterrupted operation of the Service.

3.3. ProxyWhite is not liable for the User’s losses, lost profits, loss of data, or damage to the User’s business reputation.

3.4. ProxyWhite’s aggregate liability for any claims by the User is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the most recent paid period.

4. ProxyWhite’s Rights

4.1. ProxyWhite may change its plans, terms, technical parameters, documentation, and service offerings at any time without prior notice.

4.2. ProxyWhite may suspend or permanently terminate the provision of services to the User at any time, with or without notice, in the event of an actual or suspected violation of the Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, without a refund.

5. Governing Law

5.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved in a jurisdiction designated by ProxyWhite, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

6. Changes to the Terms

6.1. ProxyWhite may amend these Terms at any time.

6.2. Continued use of the Service after any changes are made constitutes the User’s acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Age Requirements

7.1. By using the Service, the User represents that the User has reached the age required to enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. ProxyWhite is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to network outages, actions of providers, natural disasters, armed conflict, sanctions, or decisions of governmental authorities.
